Voor een nieuw project dat ik aan het uitproberen ben wilde ik graag kleuren en rijen vaste met halve stokjes afwisselen, maar het werd helemaal scheef. Dus maakte ik een proeflapje om te oefenen. Mocht je hier ook altijd mee zitten, lees dan vooral verder! :-)
Ik begon natuurlijk met opzetlussen en de eerste rij bestaat uit halve stokjes. De toer erna zijn allemaal vaste en zo steeds verder.

For a new project that I am trying out I wanted to change colours and stitches, but my work wasn't straight at all. So I made a sampler to practice. If you encounter this problem too, please continue reading! :-)
I started with chain stitches obviously, and the first row consists of half double crochets (American) or half treble crochets (British).
The next row consists of single crochets (American)/ double crochets (British), and so on.

Hecht een nieuwe kleur aan in de 3e lus van de vorige toer (alhoewel dat eigenlijk de 2e is, want de 1e is het aanhechten van de nieuwe draad van de vorige toer. Snap je me nog hahaha?! Als je naar de cijfertjes kijkt snap je wel wat ik bedoel.
Haak 1 losse, en daarna een vaste in elke volgende steek.
Attach a new colour in the 3rd loop of the previous row (although it's actually the 2nd, because the first you see is the attachment of the new thread of the row underneath,, do you still follow me hahaha?! When you take a look at the numbers I'm sure you'll understand what I mean.
Crochet 1 chain, and after that a single crochet (double crochet British) in every following stitch.
Aan het eind van de toer haak je de laatste vaste ìn het laatste halve stokje ( dat zijn de roze, aqua en donkerblauwe).
At the end of the row you put the last single (double) crochet in the last half double (treble) crochet of the previous row ( pink, light, and dark blue).
Zo ziet het er dan uit:

De volgende toer worden weer halve stokjes. Hecht de nieuwe kleur aan in de 2e lus van de vorige toer:
The next row will consist of half double (treble) crochets again. Attach the new colour in the 2nd loop of the previous row:
1: De aanhechting in de 2e lus (of 1e dus haha)
2: 1 losse
3: 1 half stokje in de 3e lus en daarna steeds in de volgende
1: The attachment in the 2nd loop (or first haha)
2: 1 chain
3: 1 half double (treble) crochet in the 3rd chain and then in the next etc.
Het eind van deze rij is makkelijk, die eindigt gewoon in de laatste steek van de vorige toer.
The end of this row is easy, it ends in the last stitch of the previous row.
En ja, dan wordt dit het resultaat, een mooi recht lapje, zoals het hoort.
And yes, the result is a nice straight edges, just like they should be.
